Ancient Tree Forum

The Ancient Tree Forum has pioneered the conservation of ancient trees for over 20 years, and is the only UK organisation focused solely on ancient and other veteran trees. The website contains lots of useful information, resources and newsletters. It also links directly to The Ancient Tree Hunt, the project which set up a living database for ancient trees in the UK.

The Tree Council

The Tree Council is the UK's lead charity for trees, promoting their importance in a changing environment. The website contains information on campaigns & projects, events, grants and publications for sale.

Woodland Trust

The Woodland Trust is the UK's largest woodland conservation charity. The website contains information on woods to visit, news & blogs, projects & ways to get involved, partnerships and publications (key ones related to ancient trees mentioned below).
